WENATCHEE,WA— Wenatchee FC of the Evergreen Premier League has announced their open tryout details ahead of the 2015 season. The Capitals have also scheduled three pre-season friendlies to prepare for the campaign.
WFC Open Tryouts will take place March 14 and 15 from 3-6 PM at Wenatchee Valley College. Tryout fee is $20. Players can register online at www.WenatcheeFC.com/tryouts.
In other news for the Green and Gold, WFC has started putting together their pre-season schedule. The club will travel over the mountains for two and host a third friendly in March and April.
On Saturday March 28 at 4 PM in Wenatchee (venue not announced yet) WFC will host Pinnacles FC. This club is out of Penticton, BC and is joining the Pacific Coast Soccer League Men’s Premier Division in 2015.
The Capitals travel over the Cascades in April for matches Saturday April 11 at Northwest University (Kirkland) at 3 PM and Saturday April 18 at the Kitsap Pumas (Bremerton) at 2 PM. NU’s Eagles are annual contenders in the Cascade Collegiate Conference and the Kitsap Pumas are a professional side operating in the PDL, where they made it to the league final in 2014.
